Friends & Family Test

The Friends & Family Test was introduced in 2015 to practices as a way of regularly reviewing patient satisfaction.

Patients can complete the short questionnaire in practice or online. The survey consists of only 1 question;

How likely are you to recommend our GP practice to friends and family if they needed similar care or treatment?

You will also have the option to explain your response and write any comments that you feel relevant to your answer.

If you wish to complete the Friends & Family questionnaire online you can either do this using the contact form below or login to your SystmOnline account and complete it there.

Complete the Friends & Family Questionnaire;

Your Name(optional)

Your Email (optional)

The Surgery you are recommending:

How likely are you to recommend our GP practice to friends and family if they needed similar care or treatment?

Can you tell us why you gave that response

Please check if you are happy to have your comments published in our monthly reviews.

RESULTS

Every month we collate the results of our Friends & Family Test for both practices and submit them to NHS England who use these to collate and compare results on how services are performing across the district and also nationwide.

We will also publish these results on our website so our patients can see how we are doing.
